Abstract

This report is a starting point for the Champaign County Regional Planning Commission to move forward in the creation of a Champaign County Housing and Transportation Index. This report contains a literary review and multiple interviews with professionals from RPC and the Center of Neighborhood Technology in Chicago which lead to the creation of 4 demographic heat maps and 1 tax assessment choropleth map.
