Abstract
The purpose of this project is to better understand the linkages between physical characteristics of the built environment and the prevalence of bedbug infestations. This study employs descriptive and logistic regression analyses to examine variables that might predict whether a building becomes infested with bedbugs. The project is organized into three parts: literature review; data, methods and findings; and policy recommendations for municipalities that are seeking to create or strengthen bedbug infestation-related ordinances.
