- This project aims to improve the functionality of the ACCESS Cyberinfrastucture AI Chatbot by enhancing the knowledge-base with concise information from the ACCESS Confluence documentation. The object of the chatbot is to provide user-friendly and convenient access to precise information which in turn, decreases the need for support ticket submissions and even human intervention. Advanced techniques and features from the platform IvyQuantum™ were employed to enhance the chatbot’s ability to process user queries and recover relevant responses. Throughout the project timeline, the chatbot’s accuracy saw a significant boost and notable improvement, establishing it as a valuable resource for future users attempting to find assistance within the ACCESS ecosystem. This research emphasizes the potential of AI’s ability to improve user experience and optimize the accessibility of information for members of the ACCESS community.
