Abstract
Internationalization is a large concept which incorporates many steps and can be overwhelming.
This white paper offers a tool for community colleges to assess resources and figure out a
starting point for community college internationalization utilizing available resources and tools
within the faculty, campus infrastructure, and community. The current internationalization
models incorporate comprehensive goals to create the most optimized version, but often skip the
practical steps to get there. This white paper incorporates smaller steps and considerations for
development and aligning with institutional goals to encourage campus buy-in.
