- Abstract
- After I finished my midterm in the Computer-Based Testing Facility (CBTF), I took this picture in my study room to record my research story. Since my computer science course is in C++ and my research project is in Python, I tried to refocus myself to continue my research in simulation. I felt like I was stuck in the portion of my research regarding visualization mechanisms and functions. While I was drinking my Taiwanese bubble milk tea and at the same time looking at the United States national flag in front of me, I was thinking about the issues in debugging and constructing. I hoped I could figure out my research on 2 by 2 and 2 by 3 mutations. While enjoying the bubble tea, suddenly, ideas came to me on how to construct the functions to properly mutate the matrix values through the dots, like Boba. In addition, the colored highlighted portions from the flag gave me the idea to highlight the tiling in my research project.
