Abstract
This study aimed to investigate motivational reading behavior of employed Taiwan readers. We first interviewed 6 avid readers and use online question-naire with 7-point Likert scale to collect 227 responses, 217 were filtered to form the sample. Using theoretical framework based on Information Behav-ior model, Theory of Planned Behavior and Technology Acceptance Model, personal attitude, capacity, norm and perceived benefits showed significant relationships with readers’ intention of reading motivational book. Through analysis, we reveal comprehensive research on motivational reading behav-ior.
