Abstract

Two‐photon lithography (TPL) is a sub‐nanometer resolution three‐dimensional (3D) fabrication technique for complex nano and microstructures. The process is dependent on photo‐polymerization whereby light sensitive liquid resin is solidified through polymerization. Due to its ability to rapidly create high‐resolution objects on the nanoscale, TPL is considered to have significant potential for applications in nanomaterials, nano‐biomimetic, nanoelectromechanics, nanorobotics. My research goal is to model, visualize, and mitigate geometric errors of hemisphere structures produced by Two-photon lithography. Trying it over and over again with different equipment setups to discover the patterns. The image on the left -hand side shows ten samples. There are 25 hemispheres in each sample. The top view of a single sample was analyzed and plotted by using python as shown in the middle of the image. On the right-hand side of the image is shown the 3D view of a hemisphere.
