Abstract
This technical report presents an evaluation of previous investigations of the fatigue behavior of plain concrete, assess the present state of knowledge in the field, delineate the limitations of this knowledge, and indicate those areas in which subsequent research seems most likely to contribute to a basic understanding and solution of the problem.
