Abstract
The purpose of this investigation is to determine the effect of inelastic deformation on the load carrying capacity of the following types of members: (A) angle and T-shaped members subjected to eccentric loading, (B) tapered beams subjected to bending loads, (C) I-beams with cutout sections subjected to bending loads.
