Abstract

This report first introduces the Opportunity Zones (OZ) program and then records the processes we went through to identify and develop OZ project concepts. It focuses on my reflections on how everyone can contribute to and benefit from the program and how to maximize the synergy among all sectors to bring social, economic, and environmental benefits to the OZs.
