These course materials, designed to complement the Business Law I and/or II classes at Jamestown Community College, challenge students to learn about alternative (international, global) ways of approaching six different business law concepts. Students will demonstrate a deeper appreciation and understanding of the US common law system by comparing and contrasting the American method of jurisprudence with approaches from other perspectives in different parts the world.
