Abstract
Architect Jean Ascoli, former project manager with University of Illinois Facility and Services during the design of the Business Instructional Facility, will talk about the building as it was planned from early in the feasibility process. The talk will include a discussion of green features were included in the final building execution and some of those which were not. The building promises to be the first large scale classroom facility to achieve LEED Gold in the state of Illinois and is designed to be the most energy efficient facility built on the Campus to date.
