“Analysis of Sexual Assault in Nepal” is an analytical paper that seeks to understand the phenomenon of sexual assault epidemic in Nepal. Unlike most of the papers that suggest harsh punishments discourage crime, this paper tries to draw more insights on the foundation on which sexual assault incidences thrive. The most powerful element of the essay is that its insights can be used to understand about the much broader issue of global sexual assault while it still succeeds in being local to the Nepalese community. It carefully examines the social, cultural, and legal contexts of Nepal that provides the breeding ground. In addition to that, it explains how improvement in attitude, awareness, and action can be influential as preventive measures. Along with that, it identifies the major agents who might be influential in preventing sexual assault incidences around the country.
