Abstract
Paul Anderson – Vice President of Chip Energy, Inc. in Goodfield, IL. A wide range of low-cost devices and methods for producing biochar are presented, along with the pros and cons of each device. Several devices will be shown (but not ignited). Attention is given to the costs of the devices and the costs of operation. For some devices, construction plan sources are provided.
