The purpose of this action plan is to guide the development of the City of Gillespie to meet the vision of Grow Gillespie. This vision entails capital improvements, economic development, and community arts. Grow Gillespie is a grassroots group where the members of the organization are local residents, city officials, or local business owners. This plan was created through a partnership between Grow Gillespie and U of I Extension.
