Abstract
The Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) published a request for qualifications for the preliminary engineering and NEPA planning phase of the Red Line South mass transit extension, which will run between the existing 95th Street Terminal to 130th Street at the southern border of the City. The purpose of this analysis is to analyze the impact of the extension on commuters in the Greater Roseland Area and to assess the time savings that would result.
