Abstract

This capstone project is the result of a year-long process of research, community engagement, and communication and collaboration with professionals from multiple sectors to develop strategies for equitable transit-oriented development in Chicago's North River communities. It is part of a larger endeavor, lead by the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning and the North River Commission, to create a comprehensive neighborhood plan for the North River communities.
