Abstract
This report is an in-depth analysis of a clean street program with recommendations on how it can be applied to the neighborhood of Little Village. Little Village is a neighborhood in southwest Chicago that has been plagued with environmental racism for decades. This plan is modeled after Clean Street Los Angeles.
