Abstract
This infographic was made per the preliminary survey of online courses in summer 2018. It gives an overview of students’ basic information and their concerns about the courses. Instructors will know better about their students through this info-graphic and can make some adjustments to make the courses fit students better. It also gives a reference for our eLearning office. So we know what technical support to provide to make the learning environment more friendly for students.
