Abstract
The Inter-Antillean Games were held in Santo Domingo during the 1944 Dominican Centennial celebrations between the Dominican Republic, Cuba, and Puerto Rico. This study analyzes the hegemonic and soft power uses of the Olympic Movement during the dictatorship of Rafael Leonidas Trujillo.
