Abstract
This fact sheet discusses the use of water-based cleaners as a replacement for solvent degreasers in industrial surface preparation operations. It includes a brief case study of how R.B. White, a metal fabricator, used ultrafiltration to reduce waste disposal costs for its aqueous cleaners.
